Overview
This website is operated by The Cove. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Cove. We sell a single garment — The Cove Herringbone Trouser — and by browsing this site or placing an order you accept the terms, conditions and policies set out here.
Ordering
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to place an order. An order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order — including one already confirmed — where stock has run out, a price or description was published in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full.
Sizing, colour and fit
The Cove is offered in waist sizes 28 to 42 in Brown and Beige. Measurements on the Fit & Sizing page are taken flat and by hand, so allow a small tolerance. Herringbone is a woven texture and each cut falls slightly differently, so no two pairs are identical. Screens vary — the browns and beiges you see may not match the cloth exactly. Neither natural variation nor screen colour counts as a fault, but both are covered by our 30-day return window.
Pricing and offers
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude shipping, which is calculated before you pay. Any struck-through price is the trouser's standard single-pair price, and the price beside it is what you pay today. Our two-colour offer applies the discount to the second pair in a qualifying order and cannot be combined with other promotions unless we say so. We may change prices, withdraw an offer, or limit quantities per customer at any time, without notice; changes never affect orders already confirmed.
Care and alterations
Follow the care label sewn into the garment. Damage, shrinkage or distortion caused by washing, drying or pressing against those instructions is not a manufacturing fault. Once a pair has been hemmed, taken in or otherwise altered it is final sale — see our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy and our Shipping & Returns page form part of these terms. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep product descriptions, imagery, stock levels and prices accurate, but we are not liable if information on this site is incomplete or out of date. Where an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before shipping and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Intellectual property
The The Cove name, our photography, and the text on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share them; you may not use them to sell or advertise another product.
