Sizes are waist measurements in inches, exactly as they read. If you wear a 32 in your jeans, order the 32. We make waist sizes 28 through 42.

Email us as soon as you can. If the order has not been packed we can change the size, colour or address, or cancel it outright. Once it has shipped, the returns policy takes over.

Yes. Payment is handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.

Orders leave us within one to two business days. Delivery is typically 3 to 6 business days within the United States and 6 to 10 business days to Canada.

Every order ships tracked. You get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link the moment it leaves us.

Yes. Both pairs ship in a single box, folded flat.

Thirty days from delivery. Pairs need to be unworn with tags attached — trying them on indoors over clean clothing is exactly what the window is for.

Your first size or colour exchange is free. Tell us the size you want and we will get the replacement moving.

You are refunded what you actually paid for that pair under the offer, and the discount stays on the pair you keep.

We refund to the original payment method once the return arrives and has been checked. Banks usually show it within a few business days after that.
