Shipping & Returns

We ship across the United States and Canada. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are picked the same day; everything else goes out the next. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards. Every order ships tracked, and the tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.

Two pairs ship together in one box. If you ordered Brown and Beige, expect a single delivery rather than two.

The trousers arrive folded flat in a garment bag. A short hang or a cool steam will settle any fold lines from transit.

Shipping to an address outside the US or Canada is not available yet. If you would like a pair sent elsewhere, email support@averyscove.com and we will tell you when we open your country.

Trousers are the hardest thing to buy online, so the window is a generous one. You have 30 days from delivery to send a pair back for a full refund.

• Unworn, unwashed, tags still attached — try them on indoors over clean clothing
• Hemmed or altered pairs are final sale and cannot be returned
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of the pair reaching us
• Bought both colours? Return one pair or both — you are refunded what you paid for the pair you send back

Ordered a 32 and need a 34? Or want Beige instead of Brown? The first exchange on every order is free. Email support@averyscove.com with your order number and the size or colour you want, and we will send a prepaid label and hold the replacement pair for you while the first one travels back.
